CONCEPT QUOTE

1. Request a quote-our IM pricing department will immediately begin working on your price quote based on our in-house or custom formula products.

2. An IM nutraceutical specialist expert will follow up with you regarding the specifications & price of your request.

3. Your specialist will confirm important information such as the minimum order quantity, price and approximate schedule for your run.

4. We will send you a deposit invoice, which you can pay by check or bank wire. Once your deposit is received we will begin the production process.

MANUFACTURING

5. Upon receipt of your deposit, IM Manufacturing will provide:

A. Packaging & Labeling Goals

B. Production Run Goals

C. Anticipated Delivery Goal

6. If your project utilizes our professional design services, we will begin to design the artwork for your label and send over several design options for your choosing.

7. You will receive the IM Batch Sheet and/or samples for approval. (This is the formula that will be saved to the Master Formula Sheet).

8. We will send the supplement facts panel for approval. (#7 required first)

COMPLETION & DELIVERY

9. Label Design will be completed with final Supplement Facts once you approve the custom or house formula.

10. Your Approved Final Packaging/Labels will be ordered.

11. Complete Shipment Destination Form- the delivery location for your final product.

12. Final Invoice Payment required prior to shipment for any outstanding balance.

13. Upon receipt of the final payment your order will be shipped within 24 hours.
